Let’s face it, working towards goals that help you achieve what matters most in your life, is hard. You have to decide what you want to achieve and then take action to get you there: all while measuring progress as you go.
Let me share with you six really useful apps that can help you set and achieve your goals. Either I’ve used an app or friends and colleagues loved one and recommended it to me.
As with many apps, their structure is based around four main terms. Here they are:
- Goal: An objective or target you want to achieve.
- Milestone: A significant point between starting and achieving the goal.
- Habit: A discipline we adopt or something we do in the same way each time.
- Task: Something to be worked-on to reach a milestone or a goal.
Here are the apps – in alphabetical order, so as to show no favour.
